There is no history of this disorder in my family. The doctor said stress, or even parabens present in commercial personal care products, might have contributed to my condition. I was afraid😞

By then, I was already using products from a popular brand that had the image of being “natural”. However, while reading and learning about skincare and the power of botanicals, I realized that not all the ingredients listed were that good for our bodies or the planet.

I remembered how my mom used our native Peruvian plants to create shampoos for us as kids (yes, I’m Peruvian😊). This brought me to study and work on creating my own recipes for shampoos and soaps without parabens or ingredients that could harm us. I was amazed at how natural ingredients could nurture and beautify my hair and skin.

To share my story and products with others, I launched Sacha Botanicals. Sacha means forest in Quechua, the ancient Andean language. I produce handmade natural hair and body products that respect your skin and the environment.

Sacha products are made with ingredients that are plant-derived🌱, biodegradable💚, and low waste🌎

I believe that there is a different way to do things!
